term 2 has started...

probably the busiest term 2 so far..

a series of events competitions coming up..

Soccer===>

Got selected into 'A' Divison soccer tournament
details:
Dates: Monday or Thursday ( tat means it would interfere with my choir!)
time: 3+ or 4+
Venue: TPjC sch Field

We are up against top teams like MJ RJ..other teams include ACJC NYJC HCI TJ SAJC ....

hmmm...so will be playing 8 matches at least for this grp match


SO if u ARE FREE...PLS come down n WATCH!!...haha...

No Hope for any appearance in any race...
our class lacks CLASS spirit...
i mEAN the BOYS!!..
they jus wan to study study study study study study study..

9 boys in a class...only left 3 who can run...
missed the 12x 100m ...lose the 4x100 m...
anymore races?...anymore opportunities for us to win as a CLASS??!!..
NO!!...they jus want to STUDY!!!??...

the gals r different!!..
they r enthusiastic!!...they participate in everything they could!!
they even tried their best even if they noe they couldnt come in 1st..
but at least...they came in 2nd in the 4x100m!!!!...

Luckily..i Have joined CHOIR!!...it is the place where my spirit lives...the place I can get all the support..the place we worked as a team...a place we encourage each other to do better...
no selfish, isolated people....
Soccer also help u to work together as a team until the final whistle blows...n not to criticise own teammates..blame them..but to encourage them to work harder!!..

Why cant this be achieved as a class??...

Advantages/disadvantages of holidays..

Advantages
-more time to do ur things
-wake up later
-more time to do non-academic stuffs
-no new stuffs taught
-time to catch up with studies

Disadvantages
-miss friends
-prepare for tests after tat
-a short 1 week break doesnt mean anything
-not enough time to do all the things u wan
-get bored easily

Plans for this week:
-train fitness
-train voice
-finish all assignments
-catch up syllabus
-prepare for socer tournament
-prepare for choir competition
-play games
-go out with frens
-Dota with sec sch ppl

Seems impossible to finish so many tasks in 1 week?...You r wrong..

This is an interesting and probably funny issue...

From the day i am born till now..
From the day i enter primary sch till now..

I got alot of names, apart from my real name..{Ng Ding Neng}..

These names are created from the mispronunciation of all my teachers since Kindergarden to JC!!!..

N i also wonder how they can pronounce my name so 'creatively'..lol..

In Primary Sch...
P1-P4...
my name is ding neang(try to pronounce)..lol...
p5-p6..
my name is changed to ding NING...
this is by Mr Chong, my p5/p6 form teacher..
n every student in my class called me dingning..lol..

Secondary schs..
sec 1-...ding dong..
this is invented by bryan i think..cos its easier to call me by this name when we r playing sports..like soccer or bball...haha..den all my sec 1/2 class ppl call me dingdong..namely spencer,cheekong,wailoong..........

sec 3-..ding niao...
this is invented by Derick thian..got no idea y i am called this..lol...

sec 4- ..ding neh..
this is a derivative of dingniao..haha...also modified by my class ppl..
and im both dingniao n dingneh in sec3/4...no dingneng..haha...

sec 4- also called myself Ding ge..
cos i have a brother in haising also...den hes called Ding Di..n im Ding GE!!..lol..

n it is also evident tat all these derivatives may be due to the HIGH level of difficulty in pronouncing 'NENG'...

Actually im used to being called these names, so i might respond if u call me any of these names, cos it may be easier to remember my name this way..but it may sound stupid la..haha..for words like 'neh'..'nang'...haha...

Honestly speaking...i have an ENGLISH name...its jus tat i seldom use in sch..or never used b4?..haha...last time i used was when im in p1...haha...I jus dun feel like using it as its not printed in my IC..so it may seem tat i am giving myslef tat name..dun like it..haha..
However, i did use my ENGLISH name somewhere else...in tuition, in CCs...

remembered once i have to use an english for a GP teacher to call me during her lesson..
cos my name is jus too difficult to pronounce..den she asked if she can call me Nicholas..but its my big brother's name..!..lol..but its jus for 1 week haha...so pathetic ...

I also noticed 1 thing...
There is a 90% rate tat my teachers wont get my DINGNENG correctly...
tat means 9 out of 10 teachers will pronounce my name 'creatively'..haha...
n tat means only 1 of them noe how to pronounce!!..n tat teacher is .........

After hearing the results of the A levels...
haizz..
disappointed for my results..
the worst that i can expect....
1st time i got a C in a cert...
but dun care..!!!!...
i goona drop it and concentrate on 3 A!! n S papers!! n (gp)....

if my Mt grade were to be my GP grade..
i would be extremely extremely extremely delighted la...
n will treat all my frens to kuishin-bo to eat...
eat until i happy..haha..
but tats not the case...

N i wish my Gp can do better than my MT grade..
i wan to work hard now...

after seeing all my seniors collecting their results...
im getting afraid of wat might happen next year ....

Ouch!!!...

My right arm is very painful noW!!...
better dun touch my right arm...or ask me to raise up my right hand ....
dun ask me to run also...
all these make me hurt...lol...even sneezing can cause me feel the pain!!...
However..i can still write...but must put my hand slowly on the table 1st...lol...


OK...

got this injury during my 1st soccer training in almost 5 months in absence...
heard that there is alot of ppl playing keeper...abt 6..+me = 7...siao...
den i wonder y noordin still ask me come back...haizz...
but i jus come back lo...
den treat it like a soccer game...
n im also not tat serious in training ...

Then...
during a part of a training..where i will dive left right left right...
i accidentally dive with my elbow landing 1st instead of my body...
this caused my shoulder there to be twisted...
den i just twisted it back...n asked to rest...
den missed out the last part of the training...where they played a match..

Went to see a chinese doctor after tat...
received ACCUMPUNCTURE...
4 needles on my shoulder...
i can feel the needles poking directly into my injured vein..
feel so shiok...
n now den i realise accumpuncture is not tat painful..haha...

$35...n syed said i can claim from noordin...hmm...tats gd...
haizz..
im still feeling the excused from physical activity for 7 days...!!..whoho...
n tat means i canot train for my pull-ups...no swimming.. no running...no keeper
no fighting?...err...maybe no violin also...haiz....

But i think i will recover in 2 days' time..
